Hi-bay industrial units at Southgate, Profile Park

COLLEN Group is about to commence construction on two speculative hi-bay industrial units comprising approximately 1,867sqm each at Southgate, Profile Park, Grange Castle, Dublin 22.

Profile Park is a new 125-acre, mixed-use commercial development offering industrial, offices, retail, a trade park and hotel in a high-quality, campus-style environment.

Southgate is a 35-acre industrial development in the southwestern corner of Profile Park, with extensive frontage onto Baldonnel Road. The new units here each comprise 1,867sqm, incorporating a 12 metre internal height, with designated car parking and generous yard/loading facilities. Completion is due in early 2009 and agent Savills Hamilton Osborne King says significant stamp duty savings may apply to early purchasers. The two buildings can also be combined to provide a total of 3,734sqm.

According to Paddy Jordan of Savills Hamilton Osborne King: "Southgate at Profile Park will complement the large scale residential development in nearby Adamstown and is ideally placed to benefit from the substantial infrastructure and investment planned for the area. The decision by Wyeth, Takeda and Cuisine de France to locate in the immediate vicinity in recent years is testament to the benefits this location has to offer both owner-occupiers and investors."
