About Us

Collen was established in 1810 and has a proven track record in commercial and residential development. Collen Group acts as the parent company for Collen Construction Ltd.


Collen are one of the companies who pioneered industrial park development in the Dublin region in recent decades. In the 1960’s 50 hectares (125 acres) was developed around Airton Road, Tallaght, Dublin 24 and 10 hectares (25 acres) at Boghall Road, Bray, Co.Wicklow. More recently 14 hectares (35 acres) of prime industrial land was acquired at Southgate, Profile Park, Grange Castle, Dublin 22.


The Company welcome the opportunity to work on joint venture projects and have just completed the Gateway Development in Dublin Docklands comprising 157 residential apartments (all sold) and 16,100sq.m of office accommodation (partly let/sold).


Redevelopment projects include Broomhill Business Complex in Tallaght and Bridgewater Quay, Dublin 8 which was subsequently acquired by Investment Bank of Ireland.


The Group has assembled a strong investment portfolio, which includes: One Gateway, a multi tenanted office building of c.4,835 sq.m, Three Gateway, a high profile office building of c.4,000sq.m, River House, a Headquarter office building of c.2,600sq.m and Broomhill Terrace, c.2,000sq.m industrial development in Tallaght, amongst others.


Today, the Group continues to investigate new opportunities in an ever changing market.
